Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was equipped with all the basics, but we faced several maintenance issues that really detracted from our experience. The amenities were nice, but the noise from the air conditioning and the cleanliness of the tub could be improved. Overall, it had potential but left us wanting more.

I had such a mixed experience at this resort. While the location was great for exploring nearby attractions and the outdoor spaces were lovely, my actual stay was marred by issues. The first room we were given was unbearably hot and I struggled with the air conditioning that just wouldn't cool things down. To top it off, we faced cleanliness issues and lack of maintenance that really dampened our overall enjoyment.

The friendliness of the staff was a highlight, but the cleanliness of the floors and some maintenance problems really stood out. It was unfortunate that the value seemed affected by these inconsistencies, especially since I expected more given the price I paid.
